I am a licensed in home daycare provider in
Forest Lake Minnesota. I have over 14 years
of child care experience and I have been
licensed in Washington County foralmost 5
years. I offer loving care in a home based
environment for your child.
About Us:
At Cheryl's Daycare we offer a wide variety of
activities, learning, and fun for all ages!
The outdoor play area is completely fenced
and has a large assortment of Step 2 outdoor
play equipment suitable for all ages.
Cheryl's Daycare offers full time, part time,
and drop in care. We offer flexible scheduling
of daycare days and hours that will
accomodate most working parent's schedules
and those attending school.

Home Daycare Details
Enrollment Process:
A completed daycare contract and financial
agreement is required for enrollment in
Cheryl's Day Care. Other forms required by
Washington County will be given to you at the
time the contract is signed. These can be
completed at home and brought with you on
the first day of care.
Rest Area:
A separate rest area is available for any child
that naps. I have several Pack And Plays for
children under 2. Older children have mats
and pillows for use during rest time.
Play Area:
I have a large, bright dedicated daycare room
on the main floor of my home. My outdoor
play area is large and is completely fenced in.
I have a wide assortment of Step 2 play
equipment for exclusive use of the daycare
children.
Learning Area:
We have a computer in our daycare room that
is used during learning time and is also
available for use during free play. We have
many learning software programs for children
to use while in daycare.
Supplies Required:
Parents are asked to supply diapers, wipes,
pullups, sunscreen, and insect repellant for
their children. All supplies are labeled for each
individual's child's use. I offer Enfamil Infant
Formula for infants participating in the Food
Program.
Food Provided:
I participate in a USDA Food Program. All
children are served healthy meals with at
Cheryl's Day Care. I provide Breakfast,
Lunch, and an after snack to all child in care.
There is no extra cost for food.
Transportation:
I currently do not offer transportation for any
daycare children. All outside field trips are
within walking distance of Cheryl's Day Care.
School District:
Cheryl's Daycare is located in School District
ISD #831. We serve the following schools:
St. Peter's Catholic School, Spanish
Immersion, North Lakes Academy, Forest Lake
Elementary, Forest View Elementary,
Montessori, Central Learning Center, Century
Jr. High.
