Home Daycare Details
Enrollment Process:
State mandated forms must be filled out prior
to enrollment. Up to date immunization cards
must be submitted prior to or at enrollment.
Parent handbook and contract/financial
agreement must be signed prior to enrollment.
Rest Area:
Children rest on individual mats. Blankets and
pillows must be provided by parents.
Play Area:
The play area at Daytym Family Child Care is
child safe and supplied with age appropriate
toys for children. Books and puzzles are also
provided in the play area, along with a
dramatic play area.
Learning Area:
The learning area and the play area are
combined. Structured learning is a part of the
daily schedule at Daytym Family Child Care.
During structured learning, children are not at
conventional play.
Supplies Required:
Diapers, bottles, pacifiers, etc. are to be
provided by the parents. Blankets and pillows
for rest time are to be provided by the
parents. An additional set of clothing is
required, and to be provided by the parents.
Food Provided:
Healthy and nutritious meals and snacks are
provided each day.
Transportation:
Transportation is not provided by Daytym
Family Child Care
School District:
Daytym Family Child Care is in the Elk Grove
School District. Mary Tsukamoto is the closest
elementary school.

$50.00 off the first week of care when you
